3. During grinding, the workpiece shall be clamped firmly and contacted with sandpaper slowly. The speed shall not be too fast or the force shall be too strong, and the grinding shall be uniform.
4. The sandpaper shall be firmly fastened during installation. When grinding objects, it must be clamped with pliers, and it cannot be directly ground with hands.
5. Do not work on discs with large vibration.
6. After the belt sander is used, the power should be turned off immediately.
Be careful:
1. The operator shall wear labor protection appliances, check whether the safety device of the belt sander is correct and safe, whether the protective cover is complete and reliable, and whether all fasteners are firmly installed. Secondly, after the belt sander is started, it can only be operated after the motor reaches the maximum speed and runs stably. The workpiece should slowly approach the belt, and it is not allowed to exert too much force or impact.
2. If the abrasive belt is too thin or too worn, replace it with a new abrasive belt. If the abrasive belt is replaced or the abrasive belt machine is overhauled, cut off the power supply. Live working is not allowed.
3. Turn off the power switch after work, and keep the abrasive belt machine clean. It is not allowed to be contaminated with oil, and it is not allowed to grind soft metals and nonmetals.
