High speed drilling and tapping centers have been applied to industrial production, bringing convenience to production. How does the drilling and tapping center work?
1. Before operating in the drilling center, place each control handle in the neutral position. Manually rotate the motor without jamming, and then start the motor to run without load. After confirming that everything is normal, the operation can be started.
2.When adding drill pipes, special connecting bolts should be used to tighten them evenly to ensure the tightness of the connection and clean the connection.
3.When starting up the drilling and tapping center, the slurry should be fed first and then the drilling should be started, with special personnel assigned to take care of it.
4. The quality and height should be measured and adjusted at any time to ensure proper concentration. When the drilling center stops drilling, slurry leakage should be timely supplemented.
5.When drilling in the drilling center, the weight on bit should be light and the rotational speed should be slow.
6. According to the geological conditions and drilling depth, select the appropriate weight on bit and drilling speed, and feed them evenly. When shifting the transmission, stop the machine first, shift into gear, and then start the machine.
7. The installation of the drilling center and the assembly of the drill bit should be carried out in accordance with the instructions, when erecting or placing the drill frame.
8.The drilling and tapping center should be conducted by skilled professional staff, and debris in the sedimentation tank should be removed at any time. Also, it is necessary to maintain the purity of the mud and uninterrupted circulation to prevent hole collapse and burial.
So what should be paid attention to in the work of a drilling center?
1.Before starting the machine, determine the workpiece processing requirements. If it is drilling, turn the switch to the drilling instruction, and if it is tapping, turn the switch to the tapping instruction.
2.The platform of the drilling machine should be tightened and the workpiece should be clamped. When drilling small pieces, special tools should be used to clamp them to prevent them from being lifted and rotated by the workpiece. It is not allowed to hold or press the hole with hands.
3.Manual feed is generally carried out in accordance with the principle of gradually increasing pressure and reducing pressure to avoid accidents caused by excessive force.
4. When adjusting the speed and stroke of the drilling machine, clamping tools and workpieces, and wiping the drilling machine, it is necessary to stop the machine.
5.After the drilling machine is started, the workpiece must be clamped on the workbench or vise, and under no circumstances is it allowed to hold the workpiece by hand for drilling or tapping. Do not touch moving workpieces, cutting tools, and transmission parts. It is prohibited to transfer or take tools and other items across the rotating part of the machine tool.
6.When disassembling tools such as drill bits, drill sleeves, drill chucks, etc., it is necessary to use a standard wedge to punch them down or loosen them with a drill chuck wrench. It is not allowed to use other tools to knock them along.
7.After completing the work, organize the tools, parts, and work site, wipe and clean all parts of the equipment (ensure that the appearance of the equipment is free of oil stains, dust accumulation, and the work surface is free of debris), and lubricate all sliding surfaces for protection.
