Multi-spindle drilling machine is a drilling machine with vertical spindle arrangement and fixed center position, which is referred to as vertical drill. The vertical drill with multiple drill shafts is called multi-spindle drilling machine. It is often used for machining holes of medium and small workpieces in machinery manufacturing and repair factories.

The spindle box drives all the spindles to rotate for simultaneous processing of multiple holes for mass production. ③ Coordinate vertical drilling machine: it is formed by adding a cross table that can move vertically and horizontally on the square column vertical drilling machine, and it can be drilled according to the coordinate size. ④ Turret vertical drilling machine: It adopts program control or digital control to make the turret head with different tools automatically rotate, the spindle automatically change the speed and feed rate, and the workpiece automatically adjust the position, so as to realize the automatic cycle of multi-process processing.

According to its shape, it can be divided into U type, T type and A type
U-type multi-axis device: if the hole spacing is straight or rectangular, please use a square universal multi-axis device to prevent the displacement foot from extending too long and causing insufficient stress. T-type multi-axis device can be used for drilling and tapping. It is light and exquisite, easy to operate and does not take up space. It is very popular.
Type A four-axis adjustable multi-axis device uses elastic collet type, so the adjustment distance can be reduced, and the distance between the two axes can be adjusted to 18mm, which is suitable for small distance processing
