1.The dimensional accuracy of the sand core is high, the deformation is small, and the dimensional accuracy of the casting is greatly improved.
2.The core-making efficiency is high, and the core-making productivity is about 1.5-3 times that of the hot core process. The shell mold can be combined, saving investment and greatly improving the production efficiency.
3.Low energy consumption, saving energy consumption, the mold does not need to be equipped with electric heating pipes, and does not require heating.
4.The sand core has good collapsibility, and the cost of casting cleaning is greatly reduced.
5.High regeneration rate of used sand, less solid waste, can be combined with clay sand without destroying clay components.
